1+1 Sessions - 2 x 3 hours

Embark on a shared journey of deep transformation with a loved one or friend in two immersive 3-hour Holotropic Breathwork sessions. This experience offers a unique opportunity to explore your inner world while learning to hold space for one another in a safe, guided, and heart-centered setting.

Each session includes preparation, explanation, breathwork, and integration to create a complete and balanced experience. You’ll begin by grounding yourselves and setting intentions, followed by an introduction to basic breathwork theory—understanding how conscious, connected breathing can open access to expanded states of awareness, emotional release, and inner clarity.

Across the two sessions, you’ll take turns as breather and supporter, learning the art of holding space for another person’s process—being fully present, grounded, and compassionate. This shared experience deepens trust, empathy, and connection, both with yourself and with your partner.

The core breathwork journey is guided by evocative music and safe facilitation, allowing you to explore the depths of your psyche and emotions. Afterwards, dedicated integration time helps you process your experience, reflect on insights, and gently anchor your discoveries into daily life.
